Please be aware Beneficial Insects are in Store Pick Up and Pre Order/Pre Pay only. Orders are placed at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesdays, and they are delivered that following Tuesday. Hydro-Lite is not liable for no shows or missed pick up dates. Chrysopa must be ordered on Tuesdays before 10:00am.
Chrysopa is used for the control of the following pests:
- Aphids
- Whiteflies and other insects
Chrysopa actively seek out and prey on all stages of aphids. By capturing and sucking the fluid out of the aphids body. These predatory bugs attack mainly at night and is very common not to see movement during the day.
Best conditions for use of Chrysopa:
Chrysopa is effective in a wide temperature range including low temperatures (average > 12°C/54°F). It is most effective at 20-28°C (68-82°F).
NOTE: Chrysopa is not available for shipment.
